Where are you located?
Our facility is located at 2878 Nansen Drive, Medford, OR 97504. Accessed from Biddle Road onto Knutson Ave. or Fisher Ave. near Crater Lake Ford, Airport Chevrolet and Cascade Athletics. Please contact us via the website or phone number when you are ready to store.

How do I keep Up with my storage bill?
Empire Lockers offers renters the ability to make a payment directly in the Storage Smart app. Just have internet access and your payment method available.

What unit sizes do you offer?
5x5, 5x10, 10x10, 10x20, 12x25, and 12x30.

What units are temperature controlled?
5x10, 10x10, and 10x20.

What units have motorized roll-up doors?
10x20, 12x25, and 12x30.
*Not all 10x20's have motorized roll-up doors.

What are your gate hours?
We offer access from 7 AM to 8 PM.
*We can offer 24-hour access if you need it for an additional monthly fee.

What sets you apart from others?
We offer storage that is completely accessible all through the use of your smartphone or FOB. We have no external locks,which cuts down on crime. We have razor wire fences, over 37 4K-cameras, temperature monitors in hallways to insure temperature controlled units stay within our temperature range. All of our roofs are insulated and we are also family owned and operated.

Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes, you can store your vehicle inside one of our units. We do also have some outdoor parking spots available.
*A purchase of a $15 oil mat is required.

Can I give a family member or worker access to my unit?
Yes, simple press the "+" sign on the top right of the app to grant someone else access. *Please note that you can revoke access at anytime.

How well do your units do with the rain and dust?
We have taken higher measures than what we have seen in the self storage industry by adding brushguards to the openings of each unit. What this does is it mitigate the amount of water and dust from entering the unit and sometimes it will block it all from coming in.

What other areas outside of Medford, OR do you serve?
With access to Highway 62, the new Expressway, and the I-5 freeway in less than 5 minutes, we have the ability to serve all the residents of the Rogue Valley and several areas beyond. The cities and areas around Jacksonville, Central Point, Eagle Point, White City, Gold Hill, Rogue River, Talent, Phoenix and Ashland can all quickly access the smart storage facility by getting off the freeway or highway and turning onto Biddle Rd.

Do you offer temperature controlled units?: Yes. If you have any items that you believe would be better situated in a unit that limits the high temperature variances, then bring them to our facility. Our temperature controlled smart storage units are perfect for those items. Please email or call us and one of our team members can help you if you have any additional questions.

Can I advertise my business on your sign?
Yes, for an additonal monthly fee we can upgrade you and get you setup on our digital sign.

Can I reserve a unit?
Yes, please give us a call and have a credit card ready so we can reserve your unit.

What if I forget my unit number?
No worries, your unit number will be right there in the app once you login.

Can I see who all has accessed my unit?
Yes. click the heartbeat line icon on the bottom of the app to view the activty of your unit.

Is there a restroom on-site?
Yes, we have one located next to the office. Access is only available for those renting a unit.

What if I don't have a smartphone?
We do offer a FOB that you can purchase that will give you access to the gates, restoom, and your unit. You just won't be able to take advantage of all the features within the app.
*Please note that only outdoor units can use a FOB.

Can I get a tour before I store?
Yes, give us a call and we'll set up an appointment for you.
